La Doña Restaurants
"La Doña" is a tribute by celebrity chef James Tahhan to the iconic female figure behind Mexican gastronomy; it is a way to celebrate, recognize and exalt all those women who have had throughout history a leading role in the creation of one of the most incredible cuisines in the world; because they transmit their essence in each of the dishes they prepare with so much care and love for their loved ones.
Chef James has for years had a deep connection to Mexico, having enjoyed many of the most important moments of his life in this country.
